Nestled in one of Napa Valley’s most historic subregions—Rutherford AVA—Honig Vineyard & Winery specializes in Cabernet Sauvignon and Sauvignon Blanc, two varietals that flourish in the area’s abundant sunshine. You’ll find notes of the famed “Rutherford Dust” in their Cabernet Sauvignon alongside notes of dried cherries for a soft, refined texture.
